Levels & Reps

REP100 has varying levels from 1 to 30. Position 1 is the hardest and Position 30 being the easiest. Levels are colour coded for class workouts.

The REP100 is designed for sets of reps 15 to 25 to build lean muscle, tone and fitness. The REP100 can assist you in your weight loss program whilst combining a healthy diet and good nutrition.

The sets of repetition and level of resistance depends on what you are aiming for WEIGHT LOSS, FITNESS, BODY TONE or MUSCLE BUILD.

You will find a change in your shape after continual use of your REP100 even if you can only fit in 15 minute workouts on alternate days.. So let’s REP it Up!
